When will my Payment be Processed
and My T-Shirt Shipped?
Your payment will be processed on the 1st of each month. Your exclusive Dog Mom Adventure T-shirt will be packed and shipped within 15 days of that payment—sometimes even earlier, depending on the adventure!
If you sign up after the 1st, your payment will be drafted on the 1st of the following month, and your first T-shirt will be on its way shortly after.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We want you to love every T-shirt you receive! But if you need to cancel your subscription for any reason, no worries—there’s no long-term contract. Simply visit this link and fill out the form to cancel your subscription.
We’re always here if you need us!
Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (1st of the month) or you’ll be charged for the following month.
